In the right column of WorkVoices application is a 'SEARCH' inputbox. Type the phrase or word to search for and click search. The search results will be displayed as a list with tabs above it.

The default result is the search result of posts. Multiple tabs are displayed, and when clicked they will present the search results of the selected tab.
