The service of Dropbox itself acts as to a fileserver in the cloud. It is a fantastic service and a lot of people use it for personal or professional use. People place files in a Dropbox folder and people that have access to it, might just see a new file has been uploaded or changed. But what is the context of the file? Why was the file put there in the first place? What were the recent changes? How can someone else provide feedback on the file?

Now, with WorkVoices, it is possible to start to communicate about the files on Dropbox. WorkVoices provides the possibility to connect one or more Dropbox accounts to your WorkVoices account. Then, from within WorkVoices, it is possible to create a message, and directly put a file from your Dropbox account on WorkVoices, together with a descriptive post. In the post itself you can write a description of the file, it's background or purpose. Then people can reply to your message, and you can act accordingly. How is that for communication about the company fileserver?

In the next release it is also possible to download an attachment from WorkVoices directly to your own Dropbox account, so you can read it later. That way it is easy to read documents while on the road.
