WorkVoices is a social application on which organizations can register a network and communicatie with others in the same network. A user can be authorized for multiple networks.

WorkVoices uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run WorkVoices. Although WorkVoices owns the code, databases, and all rights to the WorkVoices application, you retain all rights to your data, however, export functionality is not provided by default and is not free of charge.

In order to maintain the integrity and security of your personal information, we store information on non-public computer systems with password protection to prevent access by anyone other than authorized WorkVoices employees. We appreciate your help in safeguarding the integrity of your own privacy. We encourage you to let us know immediately if you suspect that the information you share with us is being used in any way contrary to this Privacy Policy, and we will investigate your inquiry as promptly as possible.
